Scope of Purchase: Customers acknowledge that the products purchased are individual items related to past subscription box self-care goals and is not a full subscription box. Details of what each package includes are specified on the product page.
Product Availability: All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order.
Account Information: You agree that all information provided to Purple Pamper Products is accurate and that you will keep it up-to-date.
Communications: By submitting an order and providing your details, you agree to receive communications from us, including via email and phone, regarding your order, as well as occasional news, updates, related product or service information, and promotions. We promise never to spam and to give you the ability to opt-out of receiving our promotional emails.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment as specified during the order process. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. If payment is not received or there is a problem with payment, your order will be held for 14 days while you have chance to resolve payment. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed before your final confirmation.
Delivery Estimates: While we strive to deliver goods within the anticipated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Return Policy:
Goal Cards and Notebook Bundles: Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted for the goal card-only and goal card plus notebook options. These items contain proprietary content that can be easily duplicated. We encourage customers to review all product information and ask any questions before purchasing these options.
Complete Set Returns: Returns of the complete set are accepted under specific conditions. To be eligible for a return, the complete set must include all items in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Face masks and other sealed items must not be opened.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your complete set at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. I'm currently a very small company and cannot cover costs of returns postage.
The return shipment must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that some banks may take longer to process a return.
